I have samba all set up. I am able to ping back and forth with host name and/or IP address. I want to print to the printer that is hooked up to my HP Print Copy Scan 750 that is hooked up to my XP Pro box. I see the printer shared:
root@rich:/home/powerismine/temp# smbclient -L kids
added interface ip=192.168.0.4 bcast=192.168.0.255 nmask=255.255.255.0
getlmhostsent: too many columns in lmhosts file (obsolete syntax)

Also I went through the KDE printer setup and tired to have it set it up for me as a SMB printer but no matter what driver I choose it still doesn't print. Do I have to some how mount the printer first???
Sorry, I cant help you, but i have the EXACT same problem, only on Slackware with an HP LaserJet 4p on the XP Pro. The Linux Box thinks that it printed, but it really doesnt.
