when slackware installed it picked up the existing fat partitions and automatically mounted them. I can see all the files when i'm logged in as root but not when i'm logged in on my user account. I dont know if it's just the permissions aren't setup or what it is but here is my fstab file
Hey thanks for the help, they're finally mounting properly but i still can't see them in kongueror, however i can see all the files when i go through the command line?
are you saying that the files show up when you do an "ls", but not in konqueror?
if so it seems very odd
does midnight commander ("mc") see them?
and silly question - you have rebooted?
