Greetz ^^ This! I installed Wine with all of the 2ndaries and tertiaries installed beforehand and I have to say a necessary evil is not so evil anymore. It works very well. In fact, IMHO, better than Gnome on Slack.
Funny I was able to install Playonlinux (after isntall Wmpython, thank you for the tip) and later Msoffice 2007. However the fonts were really ugly and i couldn't insert the Office key...Running a MS program in slackware is a little strange and funny..I need to improve font rendering and find a way to insert the serial of MSO 2007.

I have MS Office 2007 running here without the use of PlayOnLinux. I just installed it using wine 1.2.2 from slackbuilds and then using winecfg set the riched20.dll to (native, builtin) in order for power point to run. All other programs from Office work fine.
