Can't connect std.ics in korganizer after upgrade to 14.1
I just upgraded my desktop from Slackware64 14.0 to 14.1 current. I was already running KDE 4.10.5 on 14.0, and it is the same version of kde on current. My calendar is in ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer/std.ics, but I can't get korganizer to open it using file > open or file > import. korganizer tells me it successfully merges or adds the calendar (depending on which option I select), but the calendar doesn't show up in the bottom left corner section of the korganizer window where it normally appears.
Can someone tell me how to get korganizer to open and use my calendar?

That's the default calendar for Korganizer. I might open it up and see it there is anything in it. It might have been over-written depending on how you upgraded.
Did you export your calendar before migrating?

Thank you, dijetlo. I didn't export my calendar before upgrading. I've never had to do that before. Korganizer has always found and used my previous calendar in the past. However, your comment gave me an idea.
I opened up the std.ics file, and it had all my calendar info and appointments in it. No matter what I tried, korganizer would not open it. So I renamed the ~/.kde/share/apps/korganizer folder to something else, then restarted kde and opened korganizer. It created a new korganizer folder under ~/.kde/share/apps and populated it with an empty std.ics calendar file. Then I was able to import/merge the old std.ics into the new one.
So this is resolved. All is now back to normal with korganizer. Thank you for your help.

Thank you Z, I was afraid it was overwritten, it hadn't occurred to me you had to rename it to import it. Thanks for making me smarter.
