hi
i just want to know how to build slackware programmes packages from the programmes sources.
and what programme to use

Have a look at http://slackbuilds.org

Slackbuilds are what the developing team use to build packages for Slackware. If you understand a little bit of bash, they are easy to understand.

'src2pkg tarball-name' will usually do the trick quickly and precisely. See the link to src2pkg in my signature.

The SlackBuild site and src2pkg are a good resources
to use or to learn from.
The source repository of the slackware distribution is also
a good resource. You can look at the way the building scripts
were written and learn a lot.

When I started writing my own slackbuild scripts, these are the
3 main resources I used to learn, borrow/steal ideas ...
