Broken GUI when compiling from source.

Hi,

sorry for my bad english. I,m using Slackware current 64 bit (with multilib) and have a problem with GUI in applications built from source. I can't attach images to this post (why?, because it's my first post or i didn't check some option in the configuration panel?) so here are links to some screenshots:

As you can see there are much things broken: first of all menu bars - there aren't gaps between them. Also menu items lists looks bad. Picture taken from Liferea preferences dialog shows more issues: different background colors between labels and rest of the dialog, no visible text field, and so on.
Problem occurs when compiling manually from source as well as when compiling using slackbuilds.

Does anybody have any idea where can be the problem?

Thank you in advance!

Huh ecplise is using gtk3 now? I'm assuming its a themeing issue, although I might be wrong have a look at:

*including the sequential parts[pages]

You can also find existing themes on gnome-look.org or somewhere similar

Yes, you're right! It is a theme issue. I changed a theme (i'm using xfce4) and now all GUI applications look well. Thank you!

If you use GTK+-3.x you might want to use the Adwaita theme.
