Bootable live disc ??

I have a boxed set of 7.1, I looked at the store to see if this same cd is in the boxed set of version 8 which it is...... Is this cd only available by purchasing a boxed set, or has a mirror site got it somewhere

Yep, from the slack ftp site or better still get it from one of the many slack mirrors. You'll find a list at http://www.slackware.com/getslack/
Its called install.iso

Um Its not actually the install cd I am after, its the cd when you put it in the cd rom , it boots up and you have a running slackware install, but on a cd.

I dont wish to install it as I already have. Its not for me, I wish to run slackware from a cd, well the requesting friend does want to
