Blacklist package group from slackpkg

Is there a way to blacklist a whole package group (e.g KDE) in /etc/slackpkg/blacklist?

I have a clean 14.0 install that I'd like to upgrade to -current-I didn't install the KDE group but slackpkg install-new pulls in some new packages from the KDE group. Obviously I can sort this manually if the answer is no.

I'd do it like this. Get the package names somewhere, for example from a Slackware source DVD. You should get something like this:

Then do a simple pipe:

# ls > blacklist.txt
This saves you from typing all package names manually, and it's a lot more accurate.

slackpkg blacklist kde
will present you a handy list of all kde packages. Just check packages you want to blacklist.

If you want to have all packages blacklisted by default in that list, just set

in /etc/slackpkg/slackpkg.conf
