Angry Behave damn you! - dialog boxes

Well I am a little flustered with Fluxbox and how it is handling certain dialog boxes. For example, I have Gaim running, I set it to the upper left corner with the dimensions of 39x266, great, and it remembers it, HOWEVER... When I set myself away the away dialog pops up for Gaim, but the problem is, that away dialog sets itself in the exact position and dimensions as the main Gaim window, as well as the message windows. So, how do I get the message window/away window, as well as any other dialog of other applications to behave to their OWN setting, and not depending on the main window? Setting the dimension and position settings for the away box or message window affects the main Gaim window, which is what I DON't want. Any suggestions?

P.S.

There are some dialog that do not have the option to save dimensions and postion, all I get is 'unavailable', and this usually occurs with the save as, dialog box from firefox.
