autoslackpkg-0.9 update release

I've released a minor update for autoslackpkg (v0.9) in response to a classic sort issue highlighted by the transition from kernel 5.4.8 to 5.4.10. I also changed the package tag from SBo to C56 so not to be confused with an official SlackBuild.

2020-01-12 autoslackpkg-0.9
  moved kernel_lib, search_kernel to slackpkg_lib, search_kernel
  modified slackpkg_lib, search_kernel
refactored UPGRADE true/false with installed/upgrade comparison loops
  modified bash_lib, container
    refactored/simplified function
The new release can be found here:

Onward toward Slackware 15!
