What would be a good audio mixer and cd player for xfce4?

I just use alsamixer and xmms (gotta love those purty xmms skins).

xmcd is a good cdplayer xfce4 has a mixer built in

Where can I get skins for xmms? and wherer can I get xmcd?

XMMS can use winamp skins. These sites are a good place to start:
http://www.1001winampskins.com/
http://www.winamp.com/skins/

For each user, put them under ~/.xmms/Skins
So all user can use them, put them under /usr/share/xmms/Skins
