ATI and Slackware 10.1


OK I've searched all around but find no successful beginning to end, step-by-step, spoon fed, clear and succint instructions to install ATI drivers for my Radeon 9700 Pro with Slack 10.1. Bits here, pieces there kind of thing mostly. I DID find this for Slack 10 however:

Assume the xorg driver is used in lieu of xfree86. Other than that is this a complete instruction set with no errors or ommissions, one which anyone should feel comfortable following verbatim?
