Apply and cancel buttons off the bottom of the screen. How to save firefox settings?

I installed 64 current. Trying to set FF font size to something I can read.
In the content page the top row of icons are off the screen (the icon labels are not). The bottom of the page were the APPLY/CANCEL buttons are located are also off the bottom the screen. So I can not save the font size settings. Suggestions Please.

One of the threads under "similar threads" suggested to move the window use mouse button combined with ALT or CTRL. Or maybe it was FrankBell.

That worked

The replies are quicker than I am! Thank you.

Or press ALT and press and hold the left mouse button and drag the window so you can access the buttons.

I used to have to do this on my netbook.
