Anyone solved the libdvdread + lsdvd problem?

When configuring lsdvd sources, after a successful install of libdvd:

...
checking for DVDOpen in -ldvdread... yes
checking for dvdread/ifo_read.h... no
configure: error: Header files for dvdread not found

Of course, i have /usr/include/dvdread/ifo_read.h

I searched everywhere on the net and i found no solution.

found something on sourceforge open bugs
http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index...48&atid=823590

lsdvd needs to include "<stdint.h>" before
"dvdread/ifo_types.h".

During the configure stage it fails on dvdread.
Examining the config.log, it's because
dvdread/ifo_types.h outputs " #error "Must include
<inttypes.h> or <stdint.h> before any libdvdread header"

The lsdvd.c file also needs to be fixed: <stdint.h>
should be included before dvdread/ifo_types.h

hope it helps...

I created a package for it: http://www.slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/lsdvd/

So, yes, that is the content of the patch found at the above location (http://www.slackware.com/~alien/slackbuilds/lsdvd/).

What value did your post add to this year-and-a-half old thread?
