Any Interest in a SlackBuild for The Generic Mapping Tools
I'm wondering if there is any interest in a SlackBuild for The Generic Mapping Tools (GMT) (see http://gmt.soest.hawaii.edu). If so, I will prepare a SlackBuild for GMT and its required library, netCDF (see http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf).

Yes. I'm very interested. I'm (among other things) a GIS manager for a regional planning commission here in Pennsylvania, so I'm always on the lookout for more mapping tools.
I've built and used QGIS pretty extensively. I've even written about it for Linux.com and I've got another article on QGIS due to be published this year in another Linux magazine. In short, I'm very interested in FOSS mapping tools. :D |
This SlackBuilds are already in SlackBuilds.org

Keep trying... there must be something you use or want which no one else has written abuild for yet.

The handbrake dvd ripper isn't in slackbuilds. I'm not pirating dvd's just want to make copies for the kids to scratch up and keep the originals safe.
