amarok with mysql on slackware

i wondered is there any reason why Pat compiles amarok without mysql support?

I'm not sure why he does -- maybe because SQlite generally works well for most people. I recompiled Amarok to include mysql support (I used the official SlackBuild and just added the --enable-mysql option to ./configure, which was relatively painless) and have had no trouble since. I'm sure there is a reason (why compile it in if not everyone will use it?), but overall its his decision and it's easy to change if you don't like it.
