Almost got gnucash going, but getting an error:

I have installed many packages from linuxpackages.net to make gnucash work, and I though I had all of them, but when firing up the gnucash command I got this:

oot@yuquedi:/home/donjulio# gnucash
ERROR: In procedure dynamic-link:
ERROR: file: "libgw-gnc", message: "libORBitCosNaming.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

Is therre some libORBitCosNaming package I need to look for? If anyone could tell me the name of the package I need to resolve that error, I would appreciate it

A quick google suggests that the file you require is provided by orbit.

you need the ORBit package from Slackware 8.1 . It is the only thing missing from the instructions on installing gnucash on slackware 10.1 at http://www.tux.org/~milgram/slack10Gnucash.html

Other than that those instructions work fine for 10.2 too.

I'm sorry, but which one is the ORBit package? I know it's missing from those instructions, but could you give me a link to the packages at linuxpackages.net (or anywhere else for that matter)? I'm not finding it using their search feature. Thanks!

Sorry for my brevity. I got it from http://www.slackware.com on the packages page. You have to select slackware 8.1. The full package name is orbit-0.5.17-i386-1. I think that should do it.
