All the words are underlined when I write in Spanish.

kernel 2.6.21.5, GNU (slackware 12.0).
KDE 3.5.7.

Hi:
Suppose I enter a forum where everyone writes in Spanish. When I want to post, the editor, as I type the words, underlines them in red, as if I were misspelling the words. But, if I write an English word, he doesn't underline it. Obviously, he is thinking I'm writing in English.

I suppose the editor is in my system. That is, it is not an editor sent to my machine by the site. Hence, I must have the means of telling him not to care about spelling. How do I do it? Thanks in advance.

Tell KDE that you want to use Spanish; your menu choices will be in Spanish and your spell checker will use a Spanish dictionary.

I don't use KDE, so I cannot help to point you to the correct thingy to change.

You'll also need to get the Spanish language pack for your browser and tell the browser to use Spanish by default.

Thanks. But I don't want to use neither Spanish nor English nor any other language in particular. I simply want KDE or Mozilla not to interfere with my writing.

Well, Firefox has a "Check my spelling as I type" option in the preferences that you can turn off. It's in the Preferences -> Advanced -> General tab.
