AlienBob's LibreOffice 4.2.4.2 and no native KDE file manager

I installed AlienBob's LibreOffice 4.2.4.2 packages and everything works fine except it uses LO's native file manager instead of KDE's. I have the KDE integration package installed. I even tried reinstalling it. I get the native KDE print dialog. I tried going into the settings and checking then unchecking the LibreOffice->General->Use LibreOffice dialogs but nothing changed. Anyone else notice this?

I have not noticed it and would probably not know the difference.

Maybe you need "libreoffice-kde-integration", see: alien.slackbook.org

In ~/.kde/share/config/ directory there is a file named "gtkrc-2.0".
Make shure it contains the following:

Quote:

# created by KDE, пт май 23 14:48:12 2014
#
# If you do not want KDE to override your GTK settings, select
# Appearance -> Colors in the System Settings and disable the checkbox
# "Apply colors to non-KDE4 applications"
#
#

gtk-alternative-button-order = 1

include "/usr/share/themes/oxygen-gtk/gtk-2.0/gtkrc"

gtk-theme-name="oxygen-gtk"

And also if you change the color setting in SystemSettings => ApplicationApearance => Colors => Options (tab) => Apply colors to non_KDE4 applications (checkbox),
and put a check in that box, KDE will again change (revert) the settings (in gtkrc-2.0 file) and libre office will use the gtk theme for file dialogues instead of the qt theme.

I added those two lines, but it didn't help. The KDE integration worked fine with the previous version.

Maybe you are missing some packages.

Check if you have the following packages:
oxygen-gtk2-1.4.3-x86_64-1alien
oxygen-gtk3-1.3.1-x86_64-1alien
oxygen-icons-4.12.3-x86_64-1alien

You can check with the command:
~$ ls -l /var/log/packages/|grep oxygen

This is where my knowledge ends.
Good luck!

A !
I posted and just realized !

You should not "add" those lines!

The file must contain "only" those lines and nothing else !
