Alien Bob's slackware64-current-live -- NICE Job !

I am posting this here on LQ because I am not sure where to comment on the Alien Pastures Blog about slackware64-current-live.

I've been burning fresh copies of Alien Bob's slackware64-current-live to a 32GB USB Drive since I found out about it earlier this week.

http://bear.alienbase.nl/mirrors/sla...-current-live/

I've had NO issues with it at all on either a Zotac ZBOX id92 or on an Intel® NUC Kit NUC5PPYH.

I am still 'tuning' the iso2usb.sh -c <<size>> parameter for my encrypted /home/ partition because I am not sure yet how I'll be using the iso I don't yet know what's going to be best trade-off in the long run ... a huge /home with a 'fullish' root partition or ???

This is another keeper !

Thanks again Eric !

Thanks willysr.

The liveslak image I was referencing is a 'nightly rebuild' of slackware current as a live ISO after each update to slackware current.

I believe your link points at the original liveslak 'set' of ISO images.

Or did I miss something ? ( :) likely so -- I often do :) )
