For my DELL Laptop there is an application for Windows available which can turn off the Bluetooth adapter. If i disable bluetooth in Windows, it cannot be activated on Linux. It is simply not recognized, so rfkill switches won't work.

It took me a long while to find out that the application disables the device in the BIOS somehow. I don't know why such a feature has been implemented in an otherwise good notebook -.-

But its good to hear that it works now for you
