After updating slackware-current no more desktop effects in kde.

OpenGL compositing type is not accepted.

Please see attachment

tested with nvidia nouveau driver, and proprietory Nvidia Graphics Drivers

Slackware-current multilib 64bits

nvidia card 9500gt

Have you reinstalled your NVidia driver?

Have you tried the glxinfo and nvidia-settings programs? What do they show?

I uninstalled some programs and solved the problem. I suspected it was just me, because here in the forum, there were no other people with the same problem ...
