[SOLVED] After today's Current Update: No working keyboard or mouse

I upgraded system today on current. Now my mouse and keyboard no longer work. IBM model 'm' keyboard and cheap logictech usb mouse are my hardware. I also reinstalled the binary nvidia driver. I can't post my xorg.0.log because I can't access it now.

However, I'm getting errors "module ABI major version (some_number) doesn't match the server's version.

Any ideas? Need my precious slackware working again.

You have an incomplete upgrade. Make sure you removed all of the packages that were noted as removed in the ChangeLog, but more importantly, make sure you actually upgraded everything. That error indicates an xorg module compiled against the old xorg-server is trying to load, and that's not going to work.

Solved it. For some reason xorg didn't get updated.
