Question after startx keyboard and mouse not working

hello,

it's somehow strange but my keyboard and mouse isn't working anymore.

I'm using Slackware 13.37-current with a ps/2 keyboard and a wireless mouse (Logitech M305).
it worked before but suddenly they stopped working. after I log in and try to start my desktop, nothing works.
My desktop comes up, so there is no problem with that.

Until I start my desktop, both devices work, I can log in. After that I can't turn on CAPS Lock neither NUM Lock on my keyboard.

Both devices work with WinXP.

I edited my xorg.conf, thought it would help, but it didn't. I also don't have xf86config.

Hope you guys can help me

Did you recently to a `slackpkg upgrade-all`? Follow that up with a `slackpkg install-new`.

I've read somewhere that you have to remove x86-input drivers for mouse and keyboard.. te upgrade-all/install-new didn't do it for me
