Try reinstalling Opera. Maybe KDE changed fonts or their paths and Opera doesn't find them, so uses defaults.

tried to reinstall it but no use :-/ in opera preferences i can choose any font, but they all sucks :(
btw, i see Lithuania, hehe;] laba diena ;]

laba ;) - That's in Lithuanian language means hello. But I will talk in English that it would be possible for others to understand. Ok?
Run set in console and check FONTCONFIG_PATH.

Bagsis 04-11-2006 04:00 AM

root@slackbox:~# set |grep FONTCONFIG_PATH
root@slackbox:~# set |grep font
GS_LIB=/home/bagsis/.fonts
root@slackbox:~#

so confused 'bout it :-/

Ok. Probably your fonts path got messed up. Run this in console:
# export FONTCONFIG_PATH=/etc/fonts
# opera
Run opera in same console to see any errors it would give. Check Opera fonts now.

changed my /etc/fonts/fonts.conf with my friend's fonts.conf and now everything seems great ;]
problem solved.
