Adding RAM to a Thinkpad T400

From past conversations I know many of you are Thinkpad users. I have a T400 with 2GB of RAM. I'd like to bump that to 4 or 8. I would appreciate recommendations for appropriate brands of RAM to consider.

Thanks much.

When I maxed-out the RAM in my T61, I used Crucial. No complaints.
