Adding a graphical LILO boot screen in Slackware 9.1

I found this site and this one here. I made a bootdisk and installed the lilo-22.3.2-51.src.tgz file and the gfxboot-1.4.tar.bz2 file. I then downloaded and gunziped the blue x ray file and I don't know what to do with it. I looked on the website for help but found none.
