Add blkdiscard to Slackware-current?

Blkdiscard(8) is part of util-linux 2.23 and used to prepare SSDs and thin-provisioned storage before or after partitioning using the TRIM command.

Unlike fstrim(8) it operates directly on block devices instead of filesystems, so it can be used to clear out entire devices, empty partitions, empty space between partitions and so on.
