Nope. The file you are trying to unzip is probably corrupted.

Try downloading the file again. But this time, check its MD5 signature before unzipping it: this should tell you if the archive is OK.

Try downloading again? Either that, or send an email to the person in charge of this program to let him/her know the gzipped files available are bad...
