Accidently removed application bar

Oops! I accidently removed the application bar from my panel! :S
Now how do I add it again? I can only find Dock application bar but that isnt integrated into the regular panel it is by itself on the right side of my screen...

If I understand you correctly, you are running kde and lost your K Menu button on the panel. To restore it, you right click on the panel and select Add Applet to Panel and then select K Menu.
If this is not what your after, further describe what you are trying to do.

Okay lets say you have firefox, kwrite and a terminal up and running. Normally you would be able to see that they are all open in the task bar. But I cannot see which programs are running on the taskbar. If i minimize a program it looks like it is completely lost. But if I alt+tab I can find it again. But it is reallly getting annoying I forget about it and suddenly notice by alt+tab'ing, I have 5-20 useless programs running.
