Abiword 3.0.2 install issue

As I was trying to reinstall Abiword on my Slackware64-current desktop I ran into a couple of issues.
One was a GTK3 issue where the text area shows black. Another was a compilation error.

After a bit of searching around I was able to modify some lines in xap_UnixFrameImpl.cpp xap_UnixFrameImpl.h and pd_DocumentRDF.cpp to get a successful compile. I can now use Abiword again.

In case anyone is interested in the changes I did a quick diff to a .patch file and put it on GitHub.

Oh, that's awesome - I like abiword but the text area for me has been black for years so unusable obviously. I need to build for FreeBSD - will check out your page.

Maybe ping the abiword author/team to have them incorporate, unless they just have abandoned the project, not sure.

This is excelent. I might finally be able to stop using my -compat32 package yanked off an old filesystem backup!
