3D distorted in GE-pro

shows a few local houses in GE street view. I have the kosher Slackware package, GE-pro-7.3.0.3832.

I'm not proud of Irish building standards, but we build them better than that! We use spirit levels, rulers, and don't have earthquakes. As I recall, the Mad Hatter in Alice In Wonderland had a much neater place.

I have Intel HD4000 graphics and am running on -current from April 20th this year. It's otherwise ok.

edit- running NVidia driver, not Intel, so that maybe could be related.

Running same version as you business kid but with Nvidia. Zoomed in on Dublin and doesn't look like I've had a pint of Guiness too many.

Okay - sucky Intel graphics are being fingered... maybe it's true.

I have a backup from 2019, and I'll put it on the list to do here to get the GE from that and try it.

Good gods! That looks like the crap we saw with old video games in the early and mid 90's! LMAO!

I remember! My kids were playing them. Even the Sega Megadrive did better. In fact it was seriously good - for what it was.
