Or, are they all smp on this one (as in dropped the non smp) ???

Anyways, 2 kernels.

Am I ok? I do need smp (E6750 Intel and KVM)

All of the Slackware kernels built for x86_64 also support SMP.

Processors that are incapable of running an SMP kernel are quite old. I think it's safe to assume that if it's 64bits that it's new enough to be able to run an SMP kernel. Even if you have a processor with one core, if it's new enough, it can run an SMP kernel.
