Just my private vendetta - let make that person suffer for making me to suffer. When I have to press 10 times Ctrl+D.

I have no clue about what you talk.

Your post makes me honestly to wonder: too much vodka for today, Comrade Igadotev?

Sorry, no hint. Try better.

Edit: I mean try harder. I am not willing just like that to unveil identity of that person.

If you use my liveslak you do indeed have to hit Ctrl-d 10 times before you get logged off.
This causes it:
Code:

set -o ignoreeof
Remove that line from your login profile and all will be as you prefer - a single Ctrl-d and POOF! gone is your shell.

Thanks for help 10xCtrlD. I understand idea of protection but why 10x?

Edit: By the way I am very grateful for Slackware Live Edition. Essentially this is how rolling-release distro based on Slackware -current might look like.

That's the default. You can adjust it via:

Code:

export IGNOREEOF=5

And here I thought it was someone that you imagined was a monster in Nethack and you wanted to kick them! Just don't go and accidentally kick your pet dog!
