'Added lin + *' output when running lilo.

Slackware 14.0
Lilo 23.2

Hi: when running 'lilo -v -v', I know the asterisk ('*') means the OS is the first booted by default. What about the plus sign ('+')? Neither lilo nor lilo.conf man pages say anything.
