What do you people think about util-linux and bash updates? It seems to me that it's a bit too late for the patched versions to be included...

Hi Sanjioh,

I think we can leave these updates best untill a new -current comes.
so after the 14.1 release.

I for starters, have a small list with upgrade wishes, but it would not be wise to implement now.

Basically, everything in the a/ series shouldnt be upgraded in RC status. (unless its a minor release/security fix)
In My opinion the slackware community is stronger than ever, and after the 14.1 release, we all can again contribute to help pat & co (alienbob, rworkman, etc.) to achieve a new stable release (15.0)

Yeah, I agree to the whole line :)
I was just curious, since mancha pointed out several updates, but just some of them (the most important ones, actually) have been taken into account.
I trust BDFL's decisions, and I'm sure 14.1 will be an impressive release :)
