Okay, time for an update :
I did a rollback of my installation with my Clonezilla backup.
Then I've performed a reset of all the password stored by firefox.
Master password included too, of course.
Any kind of recommendation in terms of "cleaning" is welcome
I want to thanks you all for the advices, I've learnt how to use some useful tools.
