[PATCH 1/1] installpkg: make TERSE aware

Code:
From: xsane <@linuxquestions.org>
Date: Sat, 9 Jun 2018 19:09:47 -0400
Subject: [PATCH 1/1] installpkg: make TERSE aware

removepkg and upgradepkg are TERSE env aware; this allows:
 TERSE=0 slackpkg
so that users can have slackpkg, or any app that uses pkgtools,
be less verbose without resorting to hacking it.

This commit also makes installpkg TERSE aware.

This explodes if $TERSE is unset, but thanks - I get the idea.

Sorry for the stupid mistake, and more so for submitting a patch to you that I
had not fully tested. Thanks for fixing it.

Thanks for the 'crond' and 'atd' rc scripts, I'm using them!

If you are feeling generous with rc scripts, I still think an rc.clocks
is useful. The most compelling reason being that systems running ntpd
may not need to run any init clock commands which would make their
boot/shutdown and suspend/resume times shorter.

I also want to thank you for something else. Awhile back you took the time
to write a lengthy opinion in the Changelog on pulseaudio. I appreciate
when you take the time to talk to us. Even your recent comment about
'dorking around with stable' is informative. Knowing your positions on
things helps us to be better testers, give useful feedback, and
occasionally submit patches.
