[Bug] dhcpcd disregards the -K (--nolink) option

Sorry for reporting it too late for 14.1 release but dhcpcd >= 6.0 disregards the -K (aka --nolink) option. This is because dhcpcd has moved the check for the DHCPCD_LINK (-K / --nolink) option from main() to handle_carrier().

Reverting to dhcpcd 5.6.8 solves this problem but I cannot report this bug upstream because the dhcpcd website is down.
