I am planning switching to Slack64 and doing android development there.
Since android SDK only available on 32-bit version, what packages do i need for it ?

Thanks.

Try Eric Hameleers's multilib packages. I'm not a developer, but those allow me to use adb and other essential tools.

I'm using it here with alien's multilib packages and a jdk (64bit, the one from extra/source or alien's openjdk).

EDIT: oops, josiah has been faster

Thumbs up ASK [Android development on Slackware64]

@jeremy Would love to see this Topic as a sub-forum under Slackware64. As a long time Slackware Enthusiast with Android ROM development interest, I've been considering Ubuntu as a Android Development Platform only because there are so many ROM Development for Ubuntu. I'd prefer to continue Learning Slackware and utilizing its potential as a stable secure Android ROM Development Platform with Linux Question Forum Support. Thank you.
