[ANN]sbbdep 0.2.3 for Slackware 14.0 and upcoming 14.1 release

This release has no new functionality
But there where huge internal changes and some fixes

I removed one dependency to an internal, meanwhile outdated, lib
so the bundle is now just sbbdep and my sqlite3 wrapper.
with these changes I reached a defined milestone, so I put a label on it.
This enables me to focus on the next development steps.

if you do not know sbbdep (Slack Build Binary Dependencies)
general information can be found here:
https://bitbucket.org/a4z/sbbdep/wiki/Home

source download:

please feel free to make requests, suggestions, bug reports and questions here or use the issue tool on bitbucket.
