How to install protobuf on Mint

Anybody knows how to install libprotobuf.so.32 on Mint?

I want to have the same version that Garuda, Endeavour, Manjaro


I just have version:
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libprotobuf.so.23.0.4
