Light brocks connection to Google Chrome.

Tried many times downloading Chrome and installing it and visiting YouTube, everything place well except for being mute.

Played around in YouTube and got sound on. Had the PC shut down after paying about an hour.

Light blocked connection to Google when restarted the PC and tried again to Google Chrome. A padlock and a message saying: Your connection is not secure. The owner of www google con. has configured their website improperly to protect your information being stolen, Light has not connected to this website. ...

I am stuck here. What I must do so that Light will connect to Google?

Thank you.

More add to Light blocks connection to Google Chrome.
It seems the issue is not the website out there but right here at home. The same thing and same message appears when any website is input there to search, such as New York Times, NBC News ....

What is Dead Mouse used for?

What is Dead Mouse? What is it used for?
This is something I have not heard before. Not have any slightest idea what it is and used for.
Please explain it in layman's terms.
