Z520 Atom 32-bit CPU: does it *really* have vt-x virtualization? Can 32 bit have vt-x?

I was going to blow $10 on this tomorrow (yeah, I Know It's Just Junk)

All the Intel documentation says it has vt-x!!! It is definitely 32-bit (Max 2 GB Ram)

Acer Aspire One 751h-1948 netbook
has a 1.33-GHz Intel Atom Z520 processor.

Can a 32-bit CPU really have vt-x?
Does Virtualization on 32-bit make any sense?

Thanks for any comments. (CL ad)

Intel believes they have made such a CPU.

So I guess it IS true/accurate.
(I did see that, but I thought it might have been a mistake.)

I must be on the wrong track, thinking that vt-x required 64-bit... (maybe there's actually NO direct-relation / dependency between the two)

Now I need to go and research if there's a (relevant / usable, even 5.x) virtualbox for 32-bit.... (Will the vt-x be 'useful' on 32-bit?)

I know nothing about qemu/KVM/libvirt... (but hopefully will learn)
I think it requires vt-x. But I don't know if it can run on a 32-bit CPU...

(I have a couple of N450 64-bit withOUT vt-x eeePCs, which I like because they weigh under 2 lb)

More learning fun!!! But yes, 2GB ram is hardly worth messing with

Side note/thot: tonight I ran across someone (who was helping me try to fix my car), who didn't have a computer at all, and I didn't have a viable laptop I could give them (without giving away one of the ones that I wanted to keep). I could put like antix on this and give it away, without any loss, to someone who could actually get a bit of use out of it.

I know the feeling. Dammit, it works, how I toss it? Right now I have two modules of DDR4 RAM here, 4 GB each. Someone pay shipping, it is yours, and I feel better when it is not wasted.
