Spectacle Snap Error: corrupted file

Thank you,

Snap installs Spectacle without error but running Spectacle; it stops at a corrupted file. When I tried to remove the file Rm failed to do it saying

rm: cannot remove '/snap/spectacle/136/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libKF5KIOWidgets.so.5': Read-only file syste".

When Spectacle failed it reported

spectacle: symbol lookup error: /snap/spectacle/136/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libKF5KIOWidgets.so.5: undefined symbol: _ZN9KLineEdit16returnKeyPressedERK7QString"

I am doing a bad block check and that could fix the problem. But what if there is no bad block(s) in the file's drive space? How do I get past the read only attribute? Chattr says

chattr: Operation not supported while reading flags on /snap/spectacle/136/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libKF5KIOWidgets.so.5

So how to proceed if there is no bad block there? Forum suggestions at snapcraft.io were ineffectual. I don't want to remove all my snaps and other suggestions must have been outdated by upgrades.

do not try to go into /snap/<whatever> and fix the "content". That won't work (as you see).
Either the snap you downloaded is corrupted (or incorrect) or just incompatible with your OS. Or probably you have a hardware related error.

So if there is a bad block in the NVME there is no way to fix the problem?

Are you sure there's really a bad block at play? What was the result of your bad block check? Have you tried to just remove the snap in question?
Code:
snap remove --purge spectacle
