regression on -current with fcitx and fcitx-configtool


fcitx and fcitx-configtool don't build anymore on -current, they don' understand the "-fPIC" option, it builds fine by removing it.

SLKCFLAGS="-O2" rather than SLKCFLAGS="-O2 -fPIC"
