Latency control

We are using jack audio connection kit and jacktrip to connect multiple of clients to server and stream their audio to server.

Actually we want manage network latency/delay and record all clients audio at server side.

So how can we get latency at server side and proccess that latency to delay correction?

Not enough info, not a technical description.
All I can think of is that NO Linux audio architecture is required to stream audio out to the internet - it's just data.
