https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US...ystem-upgrade/ doesn't seem to say anything about cleaning up the cache created by dnf system-upgrade. On F31 I have a lot of old stuff in /var/lib/dnf/, which also still contains all the packages from the upgrade from F30 to F31RC 3 weeks ago:
Code:
# pwd
/var/lib/dnf/
# ls -l

Yum isn't even installed. There's no telling which man page might address this, since there isn't one for system-upgrade. What's the right way to clean this up and recover almost 1G of disk space?
You can try this out: Update Fedora Linux using the terminal dnf command.

You can try this out:
Update Fedora Linux using the terminal dnf command
Type the following dnf command and sudo command:
sudo dnf update
That's an obsolete page. Dnf update has been superceded by dnf upgrade. The system here is up-to-date. It's simply polluted by unnecessary and obsolete files wasting disk space.
Distribution: Centos 7.x, Fedora (one version behind latest)

Hi MrMazda,
I'm not sure about the recent-ness of this page, but here is a link that spoke of Fedora 21 (I know it is old - but, I'm looking at the stuff written below):
