First, you need to upgrade to the latest set of updates for the 'ktown'repository because I have recompiled several packages during the past few days.

That worked, KDE5 started form a command line, as I always do.
But after KDE5 desktop show up, the computer freezes.
No mouse, no keyboard working (even numlock do not work, LED do not change state) .
The only workable is crtl-alt-delete,so rebooting.
I accessed the linux partition from Windows (dual boot Lilo) and fetched log files.
There are no errors/warnings in any - Xorg0.log, faillog, messages and syslog.
The system is updated today morning 20. 10. (Slackware64-current) and KDE5 packages are from 18.10.
