-current Konqueror's unexpected behavior

I started Konqueror - opened new tab in window - appeared empty page - then I clicked 'home' icon at menu bar and got this
Quote:
The requested operation could not be completed

Cannot Initiate the error Protocol

Technical Reason: Unable to Launch Process

Details of the Request:

URL: error:/?error=105&errText=#
Protocol: error
Date and Time: Tuesday 07 of May 2019 22:44
Additional Information: Unable to create io-slave: klauncher said: Unknown protocol 'error'.
Description:

The program on your computer which provides access to the error protocol could not be started. This is usually due to technical reasons.

Possible Causes:

The program which provides compatibility with this protocol may not have been updated with your last update of KDE. This can cause the program to be incompatible with the current version and thus not start.
You may have encountered a bug in the program.
Possible Solutions:

Update your software to the latest version. Your distribution should provide tools to update your software.
Contact your appropriate computer support system, whether the system administrator, or technical support group for further assistance.

Mhm, I don't know - there is small arrow head next the icon - when I press this arrow head - one-line submenu appears - with folder icon in it and description 'home folder' - if I click that - home folder is being loaded. But directly clicking only that small home icon - yields the same strange behavior. At this moment I can't imagine possible my error when configuring KDE or Konqueror. The last thing I did was to remember the folder view as being the same for all folders - not per folder.

Have you tried it with a new user to see if it is tied to your profile's config or to the system?

I just tried to run KDE in new account. Created new user account. I was suspecting that perhaps there are my personal setting are cause of this behavior - but it seems not - I witnessed the same strange behavior running KDE as new user - with default KDE settings.

Sorry I feel stupid I messed thing - it is just because by default home page (not home folder) is not being set in Konqueror - welcome screen when Konqueror starts of course is not home page. The home icon refers to home web page of konqueror - while small head arrow to home folder. Sorry to bother.

I unsolved thread cause I decided that to treat such behavior as Konqueror bug. I would rather expect to see empty blank page if home page icon is clicked in case home page is not set - instead of Konqueror shows page with senseless and completely error message. I proposed the workaround to this - ship KDE with default home web page for Konqueror - which in my opinion should be simple html document

Here is how you can reproduce this behavior: run Konqueror go to Settings -> Configure Konqueror -> General, now make sure field Home page is empty - save configuration, restart Konqueror now click home icon - and you done - if you don't see home icon on toolbar load web browsing profile for Konqueror.
